    MAY WEDDING INSPIRATION ~ Fall in Love with the Rustic Country Charm   Rollingston Station is a picturesque working cattle property, nestled in the Brisbane Valley on Lake Wivenhoe 1 hour from Brisbane CBD and 5 minutes to Esk township. The country is gently undulating with frontage to Lake Wivenhoe as well as elevated positions offering breathtaking Wivenhoe dam, Glen Esk and rural landscape views. In addition to the beef cattle enterprise, the current owners also offer the public the unique property to host weddings, events and photo shoots. Monthly Photo Challenge at Rollingston Station ~ Each Month I will be highlighting a different bridal bouquet styles, colours schemes, floral and botanical materials that reflect the current wedding trends as well as the venue and season. Photos are all taken on my iphone 6   May Photo Shoot ~ Featuring Native Australian Blooms – Proteas and native blooms from Northside Flower Market.   Our Paddocks are predominantly native grasses, Black Speargrass, Rhodes grass and Siratro, during drier periods and autumn the grasses brown off creating a monochromatic colour palette of browns and golden beige. The Classic Autumn colour palette works will with the rustic country style. The Native bridal bouquet was chosen for this photo shoot for it’s maximum impact of bold shades, confident Raspberry which is rich and warm colours is outstanding for autumn.
